We were very fortunate to have the team from Thames Chase visit the school and work with our children to plant a new hedgerow and to complete improvement works on the pond. The children had a brilliant time pond dipping and finding out about the creatures that have made our environment garden their home. The children were very knowledgeable about how we can make our school more sustainable and the types of creatures that we can encourage through careful planning.
