Admission to La Salette Catholic Primary School
For September 2025 start
The application process for places in the academic year 2025-26 is set out in the documents below.
1. All applicants are required to complete the Supplementary Information Form as part of their application to the school.
2. All applicants must also complete the Common Application Form which is available from the Havering School Admissions Team on 01708 434600 or through the link here. London Borough of Havering school admissions information page.
As a faith school, applications must to be registered both on the Havering Website ( documents below) AND also with the school office.

Supplementary Information Form 2025-26
In-Year Entry 2024-2025
For entry mid-year please contact the school to check availability of places in the appropriate year group.
1. A supplementary information form (SIF) must be completed and returned to the school. Supplementary Information Form 2024-2025
2. You will also need to contact the London Borough of Havering and complete the Local Authority application.
If a place is not available, you may request to be placed on our waiting list.
Reception - September 2026
Welcome to the La Salette Admissions Page. We warmly welcome all families to make applications for September 2026.
Children are admitted to this school following our published criteria. The closing date for September 2026 admissions will be the 15th January 2026. Admissions after this date are considered late applications.
To make an application to La Salette Catholic Primary School, you will need to complete a supplementary form which is returned to the school AND complete the online local authority form.
A prospective Parents Evening will be held on Tuesday 11th November 2025 4.30-5.30pm. There is a short introduction to the school led by the headteacher and then an opportunity to tour the school.
