Wates Construction, who are managing the rebuilding of the flats behind the school, kindly visited and donated a book for every child in KS2. The book is all about the different jobs in construction and encourages girls, as well as boys, to consider a future in engineering or building. They met with some of our Year 5 children to discuss why it is important to build new and energy saving homes for the future.
