Welcome to the Healthy Living and Sports page. On this page you will find links to weekly live PE activity sessions and details of any sports activities that you can participate in remotely. These are all activities designed to improve your activity levels whilst we are remote learning and are skills based, as well as fitness related. They have all been recommended by the Havering Sports Collective.

These activities are live lessons but can also be watched once the
live session has finished.
Healthy Movers – KS1 via Youth Sports Trust

Equipment needed: Piece of Newspaper, Bubbles and paper or card for a fan.

Equipment needed: Favourite book and a towel)
After School Club – KS1 & KS2 via Youth Sports Trust
Tuesday 17:00-17:30 with Toby Garbett (Rowing World Champion) https://bit.ly/2NwUDuS
Equipment needed: Masking Tape, 10 pairs of socks and a box
Thursday 17:00-17:30 with Rachael Mackenzie (World Thai Boxing Champion) https://bit.ly/3sfdnOd
Equipment needed: a ball, a balloon and 4 shoes
Fitness with Joe Wicks – KS1 & KS2
Monday, Wednesday & Friday each week from 9:00-9:30
Athletics Fitness Session – (Havering Active) Ages 9-12
Every Wednesday via zoom at 16:00-17:00
HAVERING SCHOOLS SPORTS COMPETITION
We have been invited to participate in the Schools Active Games Championship, this is a great opportunity for children to take part in skills based activities via an app called TopYa. These activities will give children the opportunity to get active, improve their skills and compete against their peers.
